We truly enjoyed the hotel, its marvellous and unbeatable location and best staff. We had a comfortable bedroom. Plus it had a splendid view over sea. Location: the property was near a beach, Pile Gate and the walls of the Old Town and the main bus terminus. There was Eat nearby to grab something to eat. The whole experience was great!

Got the same double room with separate bathroom & closet booked online, greatly enjoyed that.

The double room is clean and modern, equipped with an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the beach and some great bakeries, making it a nice spot with fewer crowds compared to the old town. 🏖️.

We greatly enjoyed the double room with a large bed. the hotel is really close to the best restaurant Dubravka, public transport for going to the port, the Pile Gate at Old Town, and bakeries. Every member of the staff was really helpful.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and had cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

I stayed at this accommodation for a few days and I must say the location was absolutely perfect! It was right outside the Pile gate with easy access to the bus stop and all the action in town. Plus, there was no need to worry about lugging my bags up hills and steps. The room itself was quite comfortable, with reliable AC and Wi-Fi. The added convenience of having a fridge and microwave was a nice touch. Although the bed linen was a bit basic, the bed itself was comfortable. I also appreciated being able to check in at 10 am without any issues. the value for money was decent considering the high prices in Dubrovnik Old Town during peak season.

While the room was small, it was fine for a solo traveler like myself. However, it might be a squeeze for two people.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in a central location. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the amazing view of fort Lovrijanac from my room. The room itself was simple, but had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, air conditioning, and extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom was also newly renovated and spacious. The owner, who lives in the same building, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She gave me a key with directions to all the appliances and even provided me with directions to anywhere I wanted to go in the city. it was a great stay with attention to detail and all the necessary amenities provided.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel located just outside the city walls. The location is perfect, practically right on the square next to the Pile Gate, close to the beach and right next to the fountain. Transportation is very convenient as the bus station is just around the corner. The cleanliness is amazing and the hotel facilities are great. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the value for money is outstanding - you get so much for what you pay. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with separate bathrooms and closets that have all the necessary amenities. I also loved the quiet street where the hotel is located, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel right at home.
